Service pricing is determined based on several key factors that impact the time, effort, and resources required to groom each pet. These factors include, but are not limited to:
- Coat Type & Length – Pets with double coats, curly or thick fur, or long hair may require additional time and tools, resulting in higher grooming fees.
- Coat Condition – Severely matted or unkempt coats will incur dematting or shave-down charges due to the increased time and labor involved, as well as the potential stress on the pet.
- Pet Weight & Size – Larger or heavier pets may be subject to additional fees based on equipment capacity and time required to safely handle and groom.
- Temperament & Behavior – Aggressive, fearful, or highly anxious pets that require extra handling, breaks, or specialized techniques may incur a behavioral handling fee.
- Special Needs or Health Conditions – Pets with medical conditions, advanced age, or physical limitations may require modified services, which may affect pricing.
Prices quoted before service are estimates only. Final grooming costs will be assessed after the groomer has evaluated the pet in person. By scheduling an appointment, the client acknowledges and accepts that final pricing may vary based on the above conditions.
